What is Vital Direct?

Vital Direct™ is a healthcare services membership from Health Compass Inc™. Not traditional health insurance, it offers access to a wide range of healthcare services for an affordable monthly subscription fee

How can I purchase Vital Direct?

You can purchase Vital Direct through a broker who will provide a link to enroll. If you don’t have a broker, please contact us.

Vital Direct is available for $165/month. Your payment method will be charged on the day of purchase and you can update or change it anytime through your Vital Direct Member Portal

If you enrolled between the 1st and 14th, your membership will start the next day.

If you enrolled between the 15th and the end of the month, your membership will begin on the 1st of the following month.

Yes. With Vital Direct, you don’t have to budget for co-pays, deductibles, or surprise bills. Membership services are always available at no additional costs, so you can focus on getting care when you need it without worrying about the cost


Can I add family members to my membership?

Your monthly membership fee can include you, your spouse or domestic partner, and your dependent children when you add them your profile in the member portal

How does the Vital Direct facial scan work?

The facial scan turns your smartphone into a health monitoring tool. In under a minute, your camera captures tiny changes in light reflected from the blood vessels in your face. Advanced technology translates those signals into accurate readings of your heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, oxygen saturation, stress levels, and more

What can I track with the scan?

Currently, you can monitor 22 vital signs, including:

  • Heart rate & heart rate variability
  • Blood pressure
  • Breathing rate
  • Oxygen saturation (SpO2)
  • Stress & recovery levels
How accurate is the facial scan?

The technology has been validated across different skin tones and health conditions, using medical-grade signal processing for reliable results.

Do I need extra devices?

No. Just your smartphone camera—no cuffs, needles, or wearables are required.

Are my scan results private?

Yes. Your biometric data is never stored nor sold. Facial scan results are HIPAA-protected and never shared with your employer. You control whether to share results with your own doctor or a Vital Direct provider


How is my information protected?

The Vital Direct member portal is HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 certified. Security practices include data encryption, access controls, ongoing monitoring, and independent audits to protect sensitive information

Does Health Compass sell my data?

Absolutely not. Your information is never sold, shared, or used for anything outside of your care. That means you can take advantage of Vital Direct’s features knowing your privacy is fully protected.
